Nokia Maps introduces a turn-by-turn pedestrian navigation experience for the urban environment. In the city, more and more of us are getting out of our cars and going by foot. Walk to your destination quickly and easily, as if you were a local. Where in the world you can Walk.

Walk helps you get your bearings in a new city. Multi-sensor positioning puts you on the map using A-GPS. Landmarks include: street names, buildings, and public transport stops. As you progress, Walk marks your route with "breadcrumbs" so you can see where you’re going and where you’ve been.

Nokia Maps knows the little shortcuts that will get you there quickly on foot. Cut through the park or subway and along pedestrian streets. Or you can simply hop on at the clearly marked metro to get across town.
