Email is supported on the following Nokia devices currently:
- Using Nokia Messaging service
- Your emails will automatically be sent from your email accounts to your phone*
- To access your emails, use the username and password you provided during sign-up

How do I view HTML email in Nokia Messaging?
If you have a smartphone, messages with HTML formatting will be automatically displayed in Nokia Messaging. If there are images in the email you want to view, click on Show Graphics in the header of the email. HTML formatted emails use more data, please be aware that you may incur charges from your operator in connection with the transfer and receipt of data to your mobile phone.
You can change the setting so that emails open as plain text by default. HTML emails can be viewed only on S60 Feature Pack 1 and Feature Pack 2 devices.
Does my phone already have access to mobile email?
Depending on the model and/or firmware version of your Nokia device, it may be ready to mobilize your email. If you are in a country where messaging is available, the email setup application on your phone will setup your email address. As an alternative, you can sign up for Nokia Messaging at email.nokia.com.
I am using an old version of the software on my phone. How do I upgrade to the latest release?
Using your phone browser, visit http://email.nokia.com and click the download button.
How am I notified of incoming email on my device?
When a new email arrives, you are notified with the email alert tone and/or vibration, and the @ sign appears in the menu bar. Eseries devices also display the subjects of the latest received messages on the home screen.
Can I receive calls on my mobile phone when I am receiving email?
Yes, you can make and receive phone calls while Nokia Messaging is running.

- Go to the mailbox on your phone to get started

- Ovi Mail comes pre-installed on a wide range of Nokia phones; you do not need to download any software.
- Go to your Menu and select "Messaging"
- Select Options, then "Add mailbox"
- When asked "Do you have an e-mail address you want to use on your phone?" select "No"
- A wizard will guide you through the remaining steps

- Once you register, you'll be able to start using Ovi Mail from your phone or on the web at mail.ovi.com
How much does it cost to use Ovi Mail? Is Ovi Mail Free?
Ovi Mail is a free service. Data charges from your wireless carrier will apply when you're connected to Ovi Mail on your phone. Your wireless carrier/operator can provide you with cost information about its mobile data service plans. Nokia does not charge for Ovi Mail.
Do I need to create a Nokia account to use Ovi?
You don't need to create a Nokia account to browse Nokia Ovi Services, but having a Nokia account is the only way to take full advantage of Ovi.
How do I add my device to my Ovi.com?
Look for the Add Device wizard in the middle of the screen after you sign in. Follow the instructions given by the wizard. Once you've completed them, you should receive the sync settings. You can add more devices by selecting Add New Device under My Device.
How do I synchronise my device with my Ovi.com account?
You first need to add your device to Ovi.com and save the synchronisation settings you receive on your mobile. To synchronise, open the synchronisation application on your device. Look for device sync settings and select Ovi.com as the default sync profile. You can now start synchronisation from the options given.
How do I manage my calendar, my notes and my to-dos on Ovi.com?
To manage your calendar and related data, open the Calendar View using the Calendar link on the main navigation bar and select Calendar. In calendar view you can add, edit or remove calendar-related items.
How do I manage my contacts in Ovi.com?
To manage your contacts, open the Contacts View using Contacts Link on the top navigation bar. In Contacts View you can add, edit, remove or group contacts using the Ovi.com contact editor. You can synchronise the changes to you device by using the Ovi.com synchronisation functionality.
