On what operating systems can I install Nokia Music manager software?

Nokia Music manager software is free to download to your PC. It’s compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows XP (32-bit) with SP2 or higher. If you are a Mac User you can get music on your Nokia Music device using Nokia Multimedia Transfer.

What formats can I download and play with Nokia Music manager software?

Check that your device is compatible with Nokia Music by visiting the Compatible Devices page.

If your device is compatible, check that you are using the correct USB mode. You should use the mode that allows you to transfer media to your device. Depending on your device model, this may be called, Media Transfer, Media Player or Printing and Media mode.
