Windows Live for S60 devices

All of the Windows Live services are effortlessly downloadable and accessible.

Simply install Windows Live using the Download! application on your S60 device and you're ready to connect.


To download and install Windows Live to your S60 device, select the Download! Folder > WinLive from the menu of your device.


If you do not see WinLive in your Download! Folder, please select Options menu, and Refresh list. WinLive should appear after the list has been updated.

Choose the Windows Live application you would like to install and press the scroll key to begin*.


  • Select Yes to install your chosen application.
  • Select Continue to proceed with the installation.

It really is that easy. After the installation is completed, the application opens automatically.


Windows Live for Series 40 devices

S40 devices:
3600 Slide, 5130 XpressMusic, 5220 XpressMusic, 6700 Classic, 7210 Supernova, 7510 Supernova, 7610 Supernova

Windows Live comes pre-installed in many Series 40 devices. You can start the application by selecting Menu > Messaging > Messenger or Menu > Applications > Collection > Messenger.

* Additional system software required to run Windows Live may need to be installed on your device. This will happen as part of the Windows Live installation. You will be prompted to install the additional system software. Please accept all queries.

Data charges from your mobile operator may be incurred for downloading the Windows Live software and using the Windows Live services.
